Two snooty neurotics working for a suicide prevention hotline spend the Christmas Eve from hell when a number of visitors stop by their office, including a pregnant woman, her abusive partner and a lonely transvestite. L’Équipe du Splendid who wrote and star in the film shaped French comedy in the late 70s and 80s with their sharp satirical style.
