Box Office Assistant (July 2025)

Broadway is a nationally recognised cultural leader, bringing the world of independent British and international film culture to Nottingham, inspiring creativity and a lifelong love of film.  Each year we showcase an unparalleled film programme, comprising the best UK and international independent releases, select tentpole features, specialist festivals, seasons and retrospectives, Director Q&As and immersive events.

We seek a Box Office Assistant to support our busy and friendly front of house team, where you will be the first point of contact for our diverse audience of film lovers; ensuring a warm and inclusive welcome, timely and helpful advice, and courteous service.

You will be experienced in providing first class customer service, and working as a member of a team.  And will possess an interest in independent film and cinema. 

Knowledge of box office systems or CRM systems is desirable, and full training will be provided.
