Hours: 16 hours per week, to be worked flexibly, Monday to Sunday, including weekend and evening work (flexiblity to work extra shifts from time to time is desirable)
Rate of pay: Age relevant National Living/Minimum Wage

Each year we showcase an unparalleled film programme, comprising the best UK and international independent releases, select tentpole features, specialist festivals, seasons and retrospectives, Director Q&As and immersive events.
We seek a Box Office Assistant to support our busy and friendly front of house team, where you will be the first point of contact for our diverse audience of film lovers; ensuring a warm and inclusive welcome, timely and helpful advice, and courteous service.
You will be experienced in providing first class customer service, and working as a member of a team. And will possess an interest in independent film and cinema.
Knowledge of box office systems or CRM systems is desirable, and full training will be provided.
