Gallery Hire
Broadway's Gallery is located on the lower ground floor of Broadway Cinema, nestled within Broadway’s design and innovation studio spaces behind Screens 3 and 4.
The Gallery is available for hire for public and private use for exhibitions, events, outreach activities and more.
Exhibition and private hire proposals
Please note: The Gallery is currently fully booked until April 2027.
We are not currently accepting unsolicited submissions of artwork or portfolios.
The majority of exhibitions we host are instigated by Broadway staff or in collaboration with partner organisations, through direct invitations to artists and curators. These are often planned many months in advance. We can accommodate a limited number of private hire exhibitions/events annually. We frequently review requests for private hire activities. We assess private hire requests based on availability of the space, quality and feasibility of the proposed activity, relevance to our organisational and curatorial aims, and strength of potential audience engagement. We prioritise expressions of interest from local charities and community groups. Due to the volume of enquiries received, we are only able to respond to those selected for further discussion.

Cost: Available on request.
We offer a discount for students, charities and participants of our Arts Council England-supported Near Now programmes.
Access
Street level access from Heathcoat Street (NG1 3AF) or via Broadway's main entrance on Broad Street (NG1 3AL). Broadway’s design and innovation spaces are fully wheelchair accessible, with ramps and lift access from Broadway’s Box Office.
