From small meetings to large-scale conferences, we offer a fully accessible city centre location, in relaxed, creative surroundings, with high-quality catering and of course, excellent technical facilities, including HD projection in all our auditoriums, as well as free high speed Wi-Fi (both download and upload) throughout the building.

CONFERENCES, SCREENINGS AND LARGER MEETINGS

For larger-scale presentations, screenings or conferences - why not hire one of our four state-of-the-art cinema screens, with capacities ranging from 58 to 248.

Each one is fully accessible to wheelchair users and people with limited mobility, and our excellent technical assistance means you will get the best possible sound and visuals. We can also provide equipment for presentations, Q&A sessions and panel discussions. All of our cinema screens are available for private hire during the daytime, outside of our monthly film programme.

MEETINGS

Our largest meeting room, The Studio, offers the flexibility of boardroom or theatre-style seating for up to 20-25 people, plus technical facilities.

The Boardroom is perfect for smaller boardroom or informal meetings for up to 12 people. This unique space also opens out onto a private outdoor terrace, and is equipped with TV and glass boards, creating a stimulating space perfect for meetings, training sessions or presentations.

Our experienced and friendly technical team is also always available to make sure your event runs as smoothly as possible.

Refreshments, breakfast and working lunch packages are available, freshly prepared by our in-house catering team.
