Broadway website down for ticketing system switchover on Wed 4 Oct

Online bookings unavailable on Wed 4 and morning of Thu 5

This week, we're upgrading our ticketing system to make the Broadway booking and membership experience easier and more efficient for our customers.

As a result of these updates, we'll be unable to take online bookings all day this Wed 4 Oct.

We anticipate that our website will be down from the early hours of Wed 4 Oct and is due back online at midday on Thu 5 Oct.

During this time, our Box Office team will be on hand to take bookings in person and over the phone from the slightly later than usual time of 2pm on Wednesday. Please visit us in person or call our Box Office on 0115 952 6611 (select Option 2 to speak to our Box Office team) to book on Wednesday.
