Based on the true story, Kate Winslet stars as Lee Miller, American model turned photojournalist who reported for Vogue from the front lines during World War II, covering the Blitz in London, the liberation of Paris and the concentration camps at Buchenwald and Dachau. In the aftermath of the betrayal of Vogue not publishing her unflinching photographs, she locks them away and they remain unseen for several decades.
