Customer Service Assistants (July 2026)
Hours: 16 per week (with possibility of voluntary overtime) - to be worked flexibly, Monday to Sunday, including weekend and evening work
Rate of pay: Age Relevant National Living Wage/National Minimum Wage
We're looking for Customer Service Assistants to join our Café Bar to provide an unrivalled experience for our film audiences and those seeking to experience our warm and welcoming hospitality spaces, as well as supporting our vibrant annual calendar of events (film festivals, corporate events, private functions).
You will have experience within a busy bar, café, or comparable customer-facing environment, as well as experience of team working, and a proactive approach to contributing to team success. You will be genuinely committed to providing a first-class customer experience, and to providing a welcoming and inclusive experience for our diverse customers.
