Social distancing changes from Friday 27 August

We would like to make you aware of upcoming changes that we will be soon making to our in-screen social distancing measures.

From Friday 27 August, we will release seats in every row in each of our screens. We will, however, continue to retain a two-seat gap between each group.

Please be assured that a distance of at least 1 metre will be maintained between all bookings (both horizontally and vertically) and we will continue with  the following safety measures: 

• Allocated seating
• Ventilation set to full fresh air
• Advising that customers wear face coverings when moving around the building 
• Table service in our Café Bar, Mezz Bar and Terrace

Over the past two years, we have increased aisle widths to 1.3m and introduced wider seats in all screens to improve your comfort. These changes give us the confidence that we can relax social distancing measures in-screens without compromising the safety of our customers and staff.

We hope you have appreciated our decision to take a cautious, staggered approach to increasing capacity at Broadway, and that you continue to support us through this next stage.
