Broadway to go cashless from Tue 2 April
Dear Customers,
We want to let you know that from Tuesday 2 April, Broadway will be going cashless - this means our Box Office, Café Bar, and Mezz Bar will only accept card payments from this date.
Why are we making this change?
Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our staff and keeping cash on-site increases the risk of theft, both at Broadway and when transporting money to the bank. By making this change, we can create a safer working environment for our team.
Furthermore, cash transactions have been steadily declining over the years and now account for less than 3% of all sales. Meanwhile, the costs and administration involved in handling cash have continued to rise.
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (excluding American Express) both online and at our Box Office and bars. Plus, we've also recently launched an order-and-pay-at-table system, allowing you to have food and drinks delivered directly to your table - simply scan the QR code on your table to begin.
We understand this may cause inconvenience for some customers, however, we hope you understand the reasons for making this change.
We appreciate your continued support and look forward to welcoming you soon.
Best wishes,
The Broadway Team
