Broadway is now open!

UPDATE - Saturday 15 July, 4pm

Our cinema screens are now fully operating and we're able to bring you today's performances of Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One, Mother and Son, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, Asteroid City, and Inferno & Invocation of My Demon Brother. 

Unfortunately, our kitchen will remain closed this weekend but our bar and concessions stand are fully open and stocked.

What about my cancelled screening? 
If you had tickets for any of the cancelled screenings, our Box Office team will be in touch regarding your booking. We're planning to reschedule our planned one-off screenings that were due to take place over the last few days, in which case you will also have the option of keeping hold of your tickets to use for the new dates.

UPDATE - Saturday 15 July, 10.45am

After a long wait, we finally have engineers on-site attempting to fix the electrical issues we have faced over the past two days.

However, we're still waiting on guidance as to whether we can re-open today. We'll provide updates on our website and our social media channels over the coming hours, so please keep an eye online for further information.

Please note, as our servers are down, we're currently unable to take online bookings for upcoming events.

UPDATE - Friday 14 July, 11.15am

Due to an ongoing electrical issue, Broadway will unfortunately remain closed today and all of today's scheduled screenings/events have been cancelled until further notice. 

We've currently lost power throughout the building and are unable to operate as usual - this affects the cinema, Café Bar, Gallery, and our private hire spaces. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

We are also currently unable to take online bookings.

We're currently working to resolve the issue, but we're not yet sure if this will continue to impact us into the weekend - we'll keep you updated via our website and social media.

Tickets purchased for any cancelled screenings will be refunded or exchanged for an alternative screening at a later date - if you have a booking for an affected screening with us, our Box Office team will be in touch regarding your booking once our power is restored and we're able to re-enter the building. Please note, we're currently unable to take phone calls or process refund requests at this time - thank you for your patience as we work to resolve the issue.

We still hope to re-open as soon as possible, but we're as yet unsure when the issue will be resolved. We'll provide updates on our website and social media channels, so please keep an eye online for further information.

Due to an electrical issue, we've unfortunately had to take the decision to cancel the rest of today's film screenings. We've currently lost power in the building and are unable to operate as usual (this includes our Café Bar and Gallery). We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Any tickets bought for the affected screenings will be refunded or exchanged for an alternative screening at a later date - our Box Office team will be in touch regarding your booking as soon as we're able to re-enter the building and our power is restored.
