100 Years of Hollywood Comedy

The Academy doesn't bestow its gifts too frequently upon comedy but many of the past century's iconic and most memorable film moments and characters have come from the comedy field. For these ten weeks we will take a look at some of the most influential stars, writers and directors who have transcended national boundaries with their ability to make us laugh and temporarily forget our troubles.
