Director Jeymes Samuel’s (The Harder They Fall) latest is a bold new take on the timeless Hollywood Biblical era. Streetwise but struggling, Clarence is trying to find a better life for himself and his family. Captivated by the power and glory of the rising Messiah and His apostles, he risks everything to carve his own path to a divine life, a journey through which he finds redemption and faith, power and knowledge.
The film will be introduced by Ebony Reels’ Antoinette Thompson, followed by a short performance by legendary Nottingham poet David Stickman Higgins... finder of truth and explorer of the 'language in between'. Discover more at hungryrhythms.co.uk
