Palestine’s official entry to the 2025 Academy Awards, From Ground Zero, brings dozens of emerging Palestinian artists to the fore in an urgent cry for humanity from a people under siege. This shorts programme captures the diverse experiences of life in the Palestinian enclave, including the challenges, tragedies and moments of resilience faced by its people.
The screening on Tuesday 16 Sep will be introduced by Mark Morgan from Rambling Cinema, a pop-up film club for foreign-language films in Nottingham. There will be no adverts and the event will start at 6pm promptly.
