Teenager Owen is just trying to make it through life in the suburbs when his classmate introduces him to a mysterious late-night TV show — a vision of a supernatural world beneath their own. In the pale glow of the television, Owen’s view of reality begins to crack. 

Jane Schoenbrun’s nostalgic sci-fi horror - and queer coming-of-age tale - became a word-of-mouth hit in the US earlier this year after its premiere at Sundance in the fabled ‘Midnight’ slot, which introduced the world to The Blair Witch Project in 1999. I Saw the TV Glow looks all set for similar cult classic status.
