My Movie: O Brother, Where Art Thou?

The Coen brothers’ inventive adaptation of Homer’s epic, The Odyssey, reimagines the story against the backdrop of 1930s Mississippi during the Great Depression. George Clooney hams it up as the head of a gang of three convicts who escape their chain-gang and embark on a quest for treasure and freedom, while a relentless lawman pursues them.
