An inspiring documentary about a wild swimming hole on the River Avon in Bristol - the huge variety of people who use it, the effects of the cold water swimming on them and their mental health, as well their efforts to improve the quality of their water. This is a beautiful film, with stunning colours and photography, and filmed in a unique and distinctly Bristolian way. There will be a speaker session after the screening with Olympic Canoeist, water quality-focused PhD researcher and citizen scientist, Beth Gill.

This My Movie is presented by the Trent Rivers Trust, a local charity working to improve water quality and habitats for wildlife in the Trent and tributaries.
