As you arrive, you’ll be greeted by the warm glow of Christmas; freshly made hot chocolate and mince pies and children will be thrilled to have already received their very own Golden Ticket in the post, ready to be checked by our Christmas Conductor, granting them entry to this cinematic adventure. 

And as a special treat, the experience doesn’t end when the credits roll. Santa Claus himself will be visiting to give gifts and share the joy of the season.

Ticket information:

Upon booking, you'll receive a digital version of your ticket with the subject line: "Your Broadway Cinema e-tickets are ready". If you have not received this then not to worry, we'll have a record of your order. Just come to our box office upon arrival to collect your tickets.

If you booked your place on the train before Mon 8 Dec, then your Golden Train Ticket is currently on its way to you via Royal Mail. However, should you not receive your Golden Train Ticket before the day, then a small selection is now available at our box office and will be available on the day. Simply speak to a member of the team upon arrival.
