A live performance by Joe Egan, A guitarist, improviser and composer based in Nottingham.
This event will take place in Broadway's Gallery as part of Sonic Sculptures 2, a series of events turning Broadway Gallery into an instrument.
Joe's performance will be played through an innovative Framework for Practiceinstallation, creating an immersive sound experience made using custom speakers built from repurposed materials.
About the Artist
Joe performs, writes and produces music in a number of bands and as a solo artist. These include jazz crossover trio Major Ruse who have received national radio play on BBC 6Music, have performed live at Love Supreme, Jazz Café Camden and Giles Peterson’s We Out Here festival.
Outside of their performances Joe is also a tutor and teaches guitar as part of the NTU Music team
