Terms and Conditions
ARRIVAL
If booking for popular screenings, you can expect that the foyer area and Café Bar will be busy so we advise that customers arrive in good time in order to find seats and obtain any concessionary items.
If you've booked online, your tickets will be e-mailed to your designated e-mail address and will be scanned by ushers at the screen.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have purchased the correct ticket(s). Please contact our Box Office as soon as possible and in advance of the event if you believe an error has been made, otherwise it may not be possible to correct.
PROOF AND ID
All films are classified based on the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) guidelines. You can find out more by visiting www.bbfc.co.uk
We may request to see a valid form of ID as proof of age for any screening or event & will refuse entry to any customer who is unable to provide ID when asked.
Valid proof for any tickets purchased at concessionary rate must be presented at the cinema before entering the screening/event or collecting tickets from the Box Office. We reserve the right to charge the full price of admission or refuse entry.
We reserve the right to refuse any ticket holder entry to (and/or eject such person from) a screening or event without issuing a refund.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
On the rare occasion that we must cancel/substitute an event or change an event time, we will endeavour to make customers aware in good time.
At managements discretion, ticket refunds can be given if patrons are unable to attend a screening/event due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. family illness, however, we will typically ask for customers to change their booking to an alternative future screening. Refunds will also be given if an event is cancelled, or times have been substantially changed. Broadway Cinema's liability will be restricted at our discretion, to the refund of the cost of tickets purchased or to provide replacement tickets of similar value to an alternative screening.
Broadway Cinema reserves the right to request all visitors to leave the venue at any point on reasonable grounds (including but not limited to health and safety concerns, aggressive behaviour, or if we believe other customers’ security or enjoyment is at risk). Ticket holders agree to adhere to any safety announcements and venue regulations.
All ticket prices and discounts are subject to availability and can be changed and/or withdrawn without prior notice, and do not apply to tickets that have already been purchased. Broadway Cinema reserves the right to introduce special offers or any price changes without prior notice.
Please note, that the online booking fee (£1.20) is non-refundable.
SCREEN SWAPS
On occasion, we may need to move the screening/event you have booked tickets for. This allows us to react to audience demand for particular films if they have originally been programmed into an inappropriately sized screen. In this case, we endeavour to notify customers via email prior to the film screening and in good time.
