You should now see your Basket, showing your membership savings. Proceed to Checkout to complete your booking.
HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE?

This will take you to the ‘Choose Seats’ screen. Choose your seats from the seating plan, then press Continue.
Select the relevant ticket type(s) from the dropdown list. Press Continue.
Review your order in your Basket and proceed to Checkout.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY FREE MEMBERS' TICKETS?
Broadway members redeeming their free tickets should use the promo code MEMFREE1 for the first ticket, MEMFREE2 for the second, or MEMFREEBOTH for both in one transaction. Begin your booking as usual using the steps above, then enter the relevant promo code when prompted on the Basket page. The discount will be applied at Checkout.
DO YOU OFFER JOINT MEMBERSHIPS?
We don’t offer joint memberships - Broadway membership is available on an individual basis to one named member. However, your membership does allow you to book up to two tickets per visit at the members' price, for you plus a guest. The named member must make all ticket bookings, and must be in attendance if membership tickets are being used.
DO YOU STILL OFFER A CONCESSIONARY MEMBERSHIP PRICE?
We no longer offer a concessionary membership price, as of Spring 2024. Broadway membership is now available at one fixed price to all - £48 annually, with membership tickets priced at £8 per ticket.
I'M A NEW BROADWAY MEMBER - HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT THE MONTHLY MEMBERS' 2-FOR-1 FILMS?
We'll email you every month letting you know which film we've picked for members to see at the 2-for-1 price. This offer will usually apply to the opening day of the selected film's release.
DO YOU CHARGE ONLINE BOOKING FEES?
We charge a per transaction online booking fee of £1.20 for non-members. The £1.20 booking fee will only be applied to online bookings, and only per transaction (not per ticket) and will support Broadway during this challenging time for arts and culture venues.
Broadway members will not be charged booking fees. We will not charge a booking fee for customers booking in person at our box office or over the phone.
WILL BROADWAY MEMBERS BE CHARGED A BOOKING FEE?
Broadway members are exempt from booking fees.
Members also receive £3 off every standard cinema ticket, two free tickets upon sign-up, and a number of further benefits.

I'M A COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY STUDENT - CAN I DO WORK EXPERIENCE AT BROADWAY?
We don't currently take in work experience students. We do occasionally facilitate work experience opportunities as part of established schemes directly via colleges and universities, however we are not currently able to consider students on an individual basis.
WILL THERE BE ADVERTS AND TRAILERS BEFORE THE FILM?
The advertised start time includes any advert and trailer reels. We do, however, recommend arriving for the advertised start time as we are sometimes required to begin a film promptly at the advertised time.
The majority of our film programme will feature adverts (provided by Digital Cinema Media) and trailers for upcoming features. Typically, our trailers and ads amount to no longer than 15 minutes.
